Proposed - Lynchburg History Museum and Blackwater Creek Trails

(2021) Proposal for historial murals to be painted at several different locations along the Blackwater Creek greenway

Carmel Middle School

Worked with the middle school students to design a main hall mural depicting the most important aspects of the school chosen by the students.  I then oversaw the middle schoolers as they painted the mural. The school's art teacher and parents booster club supported the effort with both time and materials. A total community effort. 7'x12', acrylic on cinderblock.

US Army Armory

The Engineer detachment of the Fort Mill, SC Armory was deployed downrange to Afghanistan. While deployed volunteers renovated and enhanced their dayroom as a surprise for their return.  I volunteered to create and paint the large wall mural for the new dayroom.  12'x10'. Painted acrylic on cinderblock. 2010

 Concord, North Carolina

"Windows of Cabarrus County", (2003) eight selected artists painted scenes depicting characteristics of Cabarrus County.  I was selected to paint, "Summer Garden".  8'x16' on brick, oil paint.  Photos are coming.
